I bet all of us have said this sentence like millions of times. And I’m pretty sure we are using it when we want to make some adjustments and get into an agreement or an alliance with another person - a friend, spouse, partner, child, associate, employee… actually anyone.
But what about our dreams and desires? Why do we find it hard to get an agreement or alliance with our dreams? Is it possible to create a kind of partnership with our desires to achieve our goals with ease and joy?
I say, Yes!
And the key is something we’ve been talking about a lot recently. And we’re going to continue that way.
So, the magic word is - alignment! That’s the foundation of the new success model many high-achieving female entrepreneurs (and successful, ambitious women in general) apply to reach their goals without hustle, grind, frustration and burnout.
